Roofing, siding and windows are what protect everything else in your house. HomeCore Construction strips to the deck or the sheathing, fixes what is underneath, and installs underlayment, wrap and flashing properly before the finish goes on.

We do this work on its own and as part of renovations, additions and new homes, so we know how a roof or wall should be built from the framing out.

We work across Nassau and Suffolk counties and handle all permit filing and inspections. Suffolk County Home Improvement License HI-74242.

Do you replace whole roofs?

Yes. We strip roofs to the deck, install synthetic underlayment and new architectural shingles, as shown on this page.

What siding do you install?

Vinyl and fiber cement siding, along with house wrap, trim and flashing. We match what suits your house and budget.

Do you replace windows?

Yes, as part of siding jobs, renovations and new construction. We frame, flash and install them so they stay dry.

Can you do the roof as part of a bigger renovation?

Yes. One of our Whole Home stories includes a full roof with new underlayment and shingles during the interior renovation.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

HomeCore Construction handles all permit filing and inspections. Every Long Island town and village has its own building department and rules, so we check what your project needs before we price it, file the paperwork, and meet the inspectors on site.
